Shipping and Exchange Policies
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after placing the order. Items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight of the item. Most items are delivered within 3-4 business days.
We do not offer cash or debit card returns.
You must email email@example.com before sending your exchange back to us. We are not able to accept any packages sent in without contacting us prior. Once your item has been received, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- We accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your item. Items must be in same condition they were in when you received them.
- Customers can exchange for a different size or color of the original item, or be issued store credit towards a new item. We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges
- Sweet Huckleberry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
- We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- If a rewards program coupon is used for a purchase, rewards points/discount will not be returned to you in the event of an exchange.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 3 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. Sweet Huckleberry cannot be held responsible for damaged items after 3 days.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
